It ships from Montréal, not a warehouse abroad.

We won’t promise a delivery date we can’t control. If you’re buying for an occasion, reply with your date and we’ll tell you exactly what’s realistic before you commit.

Ordering from the US or abroad

Nothing hidden in the checkout total.

US orders: any duties or import fees are billed by the carrier, not folded quietly into your total. What you see at checkout is what we charge — and shipping is free over $199 to Canada and the USA.

Returns

Thirty days, said straight.

Unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days. Sale items are final — we’d rather say that here than surprise you after.
